DEADLINE for the Spring 2010 issue: March 17, 2010.

Our mission is to display the art and literature of the Kennesaw State University student body. We accept all forms of literary and artistic mediums, such as short stories, poetry, photography, graphic design, flash fiction, creative nonfiction essays, sculpture, painting, etc. If accepted, you will be published for free and retain all rights to your work. Please abstain from using the form or likeness of copyrighted material.

Please follow the entry format given and state the type of the submission that you are emailing. Also, we ask that you please put the entry format in the body of the email.

Artists:  All artwork submissions must include a title (if there is no title list it as Untitled), medium, dimensions, and date of creation. Three-dimensional pieces must have a minimum of two different views of the work. All images must be at least 300 dpi and in JPEG format. Please use the following header if it will help you remember this information.

Writers: All poetry submissions must be under 300 lines. Short stories should be under 3000 words. Both can be submitted in .rtf format sent to our e-mail address. A plain e-mail is fine attached as a .doc or .rtf. Please submit your works in Times New Roman font and include a title.

Submissions must include title/type of piece and author’s name, year in school, and contact information (phone number and e-mail address.) We do not accept anonymous work. An easy method of ensuring your writing submission has all the necessary relevant information is to copy and paste the following header into your email.
